Refund Policy

Toast subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. All refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by us. We have no ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
  3. Find your Toast subscription in the list.
  4. Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase and follow the prompts.

Apple typically responds within a few business days. Refunds are at Apple's discretion and are subject to Apple's policies.

Free trial

You will not be charged during your 3-day free trial. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be billed. See our Subscription Terms.

EU consumer rights

If you reside in the European Union, you may have additional refund rights under your local consumer-protection law. Contact us at hello@ericerialabs.com if your local law gives you a right that you believe applies.

Thai consumer protection

If you reside in Thailand, you may have rights under the Consumer Protection Act (พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค) that go beyond Apple's standard refund policy. Contact us at hello@ericerialabs.com and we will work with you and Apple to resolve any issue.
